For all those who have been using Facebook 2.0 BETA for the last few months, you can now update to Facebook V2.0 for Blackberry which comes with some pretty amazing features, which were long awaited by most, I must say!! These features include Facebook inside Xperia (prevalent integration throughout the UI), applications tray sorting (you can now arrange apps in the order you want them to be), Wi-Fi hotspot functionality, the music player now has an equalizer, USB tethering is now possible and can allow you to share the Internet connection of your smartphone, and there’s a new photo widget which gives you one click access to the photo gallery application!!

A List Of Known Wi-Fi Hotspots Across Trinidad And Tobago!!

The following is a list of venues and areas in Trinidad and Tobago such as restaurants, public places and hotels (in no particular order), where you can access the Internet via Wi-Fi Hotspot. All the locations and venues listed below are known to be available and accessible to patrons and visitors to these estabishments and also some of the locations can be accessed without entering the establishments!!. Details on how to configure your laptop to connect to these Wi-Fi networks should be obtained from the restaurant/hotel. Some restaurants/hotels may charge a fee for Wi-Fi internet access.

All these locations will be helpful for those who are visiting Trinidad and Tobago, and may need to choose a suitable hotel and restauant where they can always access the Internet via Wi-Fi and basically for all locals who has no means of Internet connections!!

Will Rim Be Releasing Two New Blackberry Handsets Very Soon?? The Torch 2 9810 and the Touch 9860??

The hype and excitement being caused around all major tech news and by extension latest smartphone news, is the announcement of two new handsets from Rim, supposingly the Torch 2 9810 and Touch 9860!!
Press shots that were leaked of the two devices makes them the best bet as they are somewhat both identical to the Blackberry Torch 9800 handset model.

The Blackberry Torch 2 9810 looks just like the original Torch 9800, but packs a better 1.2GHz CPU, compared to the original 624 MHz processor, 768MB RAM compared to 512 MB RAM which will cater for better multi-tasking and faster user experience, the same 3.2" VGA screen and a 5MP camera that can record 720p, and of course, the spanking new BlackBerry OS 7.

The Blackberry Touch 9860 (a.k.a. Monza), also packs the same tech specs as the Torch 2, but has a 3.7" WVGA screen and has no hardware customary QWERTY keyboard!!
